Fit check
Before a single cabinet is ordered, we verify every measurement with your contractor to make sure everything fits.
No big-box store will do that.

Install check
As installation begins, we inspect every cabinet for damage. If anything isn't right, we file the warranty claim with the manufacturer for you, so your job keeps moving.

Satisfaction visit
Once you've settled in, we walk you through long-term care and maintenance and show you how to adjust your doors and drawers. We leave a parting gift to say thank you.
The three visits come with kitchen projects over $15,000.

What should I bring?

What will I leave with?
A full proposal and a 3D rendering of your space, plus financing options that fit your budget.
Is there any obligation to buy?
None. The consultation, your full proposal, and the 3D rendering of your space are free whether you buy from us or not. Take the proposal home, compare it, and decide on your own timeline.
Will I get a hard sell?
No. You will work one-on-one with a kitchen designer, not a salesperson. You will leave with real pricing in writing — most customers take it home and think it over before deciding anything.
What does it cost?
The consultation is free. If you decide to move forward, your proposal shows the exact price of your project before you commit to anything. As low as 0% APR financing with Shop Pay is available on kitchen projects.
Do I need my measurements before I book?
No — book first. We will email you a simple measurement worksheet after you book, and rough measurements are fine to start. Before a single cabinet is ordered, we verify every measurement with your contractor at the fit check.
How soon can I get in?
Pick any open time in the calendar above — in the showroom with Daryl or Holly, or by video with Mariola. If none of the times work for you, call 708-343-3900 and we will find one that does.
Does the consultation happen at my home?
Consultations are in our Broadview showroom or by video, whichever you prefer. The home visits come with your project: once your kitchen is underway, your designer comes to your home three times — a fit check with your contractor before ordering, an install check when installation begins, and a satisfaction visit after you have settled in. The three visits come with kitchen projects over $15,000.
What happens after I book?
You will get a confirmation right away, and we will email your measurement worksheet before your appointment. Your designer will have your project ready to work through when you arrive or join the call.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Use the link in your confirmation email, or call 708-343-3900 and we will move it.
