ProPerks is the trade membership program at Builder Supply Outlet in Broadview, IL. If you buy kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, exterior doors, interior doors, flooring, or countertops for a living, ProPerks gives you contractor pricing on every order - in store and online - plus cheaper delivery and no credit card surcharges.

What members get

Who joins ProPerks

General contractors, remodelers, kitchen and bath designers, flooring installers, property managers, and house flippers across the Chicago area - anyone who buys building materials as part of their business. One kitchen or a year of job-site orders both pay the membership back fast.

How it works

1. Join below. ProPerks is for contractors, designers, and other industry professionals - we verify trade status on every new membership.
2. Get your two personal codes. One takes 10% off in-stock items, the other 5% off special orders. They are issued to your account, usually the same business day.
3. Use them anywhere. Online, sign in and enter your code at checkout. In store, give your code to your sales associate. One code per item type - a mixed order can use both.

The fine print

• Membership runs one year from purchase. Renewing extends your codes for another year.
• Codes are personal to your account and cannot be shared or transferred. A code only works on the member's own orders.
• Member discounts do not stack with sale prices or other promotions - when an item is on sale, the sale price applies.
• $99 delivery applies within 50 miles of the Broadview store. Standard delivery terms otherwise apply.
• If a membership is purchased by someone who is not a trade professional, we will refund it in full.
