Builder Supply Outlet is committed to providing high-quality products to our valued customers. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified time period from the date of purchase.

  • Defective Product Replacement:
    • Builder Supply Outlet will replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period.
    • To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and notify Builder Supply Outlet promptly upon discovering the defect.
  • Warranty Period:
    • The warranty period varies by product and is specified in the product documentation. Please refer to the product’s warranty information for details.
  • Exclusions:
    • This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or any alterations made to the product.
    • Builder Supply Outlet reserves the right to determine the cause of the defect and whether it falls within the scope of this limited warranty.
  • No Compensation for Time and Transportation:
    • While Builder Supply Outlet is committed to replacing defective products, we are unable to provide compensation for any associated costs, including but not limited to labor, time, or transportation.
    • Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the removal, replacement, and transportation of the defective product.


Builder Supply Outlet reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions outlined herein are subject to change.

Refund, Returns & Pick Up Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we offer store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There is a certain situation where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Pick Up Policy

All purchases through BuilderSupplyOutlet.com will be pick up in-store only. Upon pick up, customers must present a valid, government-issued ID as well as the credit card used to make the purchase.

If this criteria is not met, items will not be released and will return to the holding area. No returns/refunds on custom or special order items.

Builder Supply Outlet is happy to help load materials, but the customer is responsible for securing items to their car. Builder Supply Outlet will hold items for up to 14 days, $35/day per item storage fee after 14 days will apply – No exceptions!


Once your return is inspected, we will approve and process your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please come into our store for the exchange to take place.
