Refund, Returns & Pick Up Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we offer store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There is a certain situation where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Pick Up Policy
All purchases through BuilderSupplyOutlet.com will be pick up in-store only. Upon pick up, customers must present a valid, government-issued ID as well as the credit card used to make the purchase.
If this criteria is not met, items will not be released and will return to the holding area. No returns/refunds on custom or special order items.
Builder Supply Outlet is happy to help load materials, but the customer is responsible for securing items to their car. Builder Supply Outlet will hold items for up to 14 days, $35/day per item storage fee after 14 days will apply – No exceptions!
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we will approve and process your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please come into our store for the exchange to take place.
